Listed deals are surfaced to our investor network and, where applicable, introduced to co-investment partners and our internal fund team.

Can I pay to improve my Signal Score? +
No. Signal scores are editorial opinions based on independent analysis of publicly available data and SEC filings. They cannot be purchased, influenced, or changed through commercial arrangements. This policy is non-negotiable and fundamental to our credibility with investors.
What is sponsored content and how is it different? +
CrowdFundProphet may offer paid promotional placement that gives your deal additional visibility in the feed, in email communications, and in our weekly brief. Sponsored listings are permanently and prominently labeled "Sponsored" in all placements. Sponsored status has no effect on Signal scores, which remain independently assigned.
What happens if my deal scores below 55? +
We'll schedule a brief feedback call to share the specific data gaps or concerns that held back the score. Many founders use this feedback to strengthen their materials before re-submitting. We want to help quality companies get listed, not block them.
Do I need to be actively raising to submit? +
We accept pre-launch submissions for companies raising within 30–60 days. This gives us time to complete analysis before your raise opens, so you can launch with a published score rather than waiting after go-live.
